About our counter bags
Classic brown paper counter bags – 12 x 12″ – ideal for greengrocers and takeaway food outlets.
Food safe
They are made from 37gsm unbleached food safe kraft paper, this makes them perfect for carrying food items – need a bag with a base – try our brown square base bags.
Certified Food Safe to EC Regulation 1935, 2004 for materials intended to come into contact with food.
How are they supplied?
Supplied strung and shrink wrapped, they’re neat and easy to store!

Our paper carrier bags are European Parliament and Council certified, which means they are Food Safe. Perfect for Patisseries!
How about square base bags?
We have a range of block bottom square based bags, made from strong 70gsm kraft paper, these are much thicker than traditional counter bags and have the benefit of an added square base – so they’re roomy!
Environment
These paper bags are made from 100% recycled raw materials – so they are environmentally friendly too!
Certified to EN13427, 2004 for compliance with recycling standards, 100% recyclable. Our paper is sourced in the Netherlands, which helps minimise the transportation ‘footprint’.
