Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm

We don't allow ourselves, or our website, to overstate what we offer. We are like many conventional companies who have decided that the web is a very effective way of providing an efficient service, and of processing orders, to give our customers a very wide choice coupled with best value. If you have any doubts before ordering online, or you would prefer to order by phone, do please call us on 01903 202 333. We also welcome visitors to our premises at Worthing, but do please phone first, we get busy!
====How do I know you have the goods in stock?
Our website will show the goods as "Out of Stock" and it will not allow you to purchase them. So, if you can order it, you know we have it, and you can expect delivery next working day (if ordered Monday to Friday by 4:30pm).
I use large quantities of carrier bags, can you make a special offer?====
Yes, by all means, we are delighted to quote special rates for a pallet or larger quantities of non-palletised boxes. In addition, we are very good at regular despatch to multiple locations.
====What if I think there is something wrong with my plain packaging?
Please contact us. If there is a defect, within the quality standards, we will put it right by collecting the faulty packaging and replacing it. Please note that unlike our stock bags, we will not take overprinted carrier bags back if you simply do not like what you have ordered. It is therefore vital to you that you check your proof carefully, as you will not be credited for errors (which can happen) if approved by you. For more details please see our Terms and Conditions
Will my account information be secure?
We use state-of-the-art technology to keep your account information secure. We do not pass on customer data to third parties, except delivery addresses to our carriers. We do not keep a record of your credit or debit card information, which is why you will need to re-key your card data on every order for the sake of your security. What do I do if I have ordered the wrong size?
Return them to us for a no-quibble refund. Let us know what size you would like and we will raise a new order for what you want. For the returns, we advise you to use a carrier who can provide a proof of delivery back to us. If you prefer, ask us to organise a pick-up by DPD Local at a charge of £13.50 +VAT which we will pass on to you. The goods must be in their original packaging and in a 100% re-sellable condition for refund. For more details please see our guarantee and returns policy
How do I pay?
You pay by debit or credit card or PayPal when you order online. You will make your payment on the secure SagePay or secure PayPal website linked to ours. Or you may pay by Internet prior to printing and we will send a VAT receipt following despatch. If you do not approve your proof we will credit your payment back, less £35.00 administration and proof cost.
Can I open a credit account.
Sorry, credit accounts are not available. But by using a credit card you can obtain your card issuer's normal credit facility.
Why should you have my money before I have the Goods?
When you provide your card details on the secure site this enables us to draw the payment you have authorised, and it arrives in our bank account a few days later.
Can you issue an invoice so that I can pay in advance?
Yes, its suits some organisations to pay by pro forma, ie payment in advance. If this suits you then please select "Invoice before despatch" when you order and pay by Internet or BAC prior to printing. A VAT Invoice/receipt will be forwarded when your order is shipped.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are before addition of VAT. A VAT invoice/receipt is emailed to you following your online order. If you choose invoice and payment before delivery you will first receive a pro-forma invoice, which is not a VAT invoice/receipt, and your VAT invoice/receipt is emailed to you on receipt of payment.
