Flexographic printed carrier bags
We use a flexographic printer to add your logo onto the bags in a single colour, which we can print on one or two sides. The maximum print area is 22cm x 20cm.
Flexographic printing uses polymer printing plates attached to a rotating steel cylinder which transfers ink from a roller known as an “anilox” to the plastic film to produce the design.
This film is then cut and sealed on a different machine to make the bags.
Quality
We know the quality is really important, every time your bag is reused your logo is seen! That’s why our printed carrier bags are variguage 45-90 microns: with sealed sides and a double thickness of polythene around the handles. They can be used time and time again and will still look as good as new!
Reuse
All of our printed Harrods Green carrier bags have punched out handles and are 100% degradable after use.

Email your artwork to [email protected] we will create you a proof, once you’ve said ok delivery is from 10 working days from approval, however, some bigger sizes may take a little longer.
