Can I order both Unprinted (plain products) & Printed Products Online

We offer our Customers the opportunity to order both plain and printed packaging online, for instant ordering in your own time. If you require further information, bulk pricing or bespoke packaging solutions please call or email our team and we will be able to provide further information.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order requiremet for most of our unprinted (plain) stock items. If there is a minimum order quantity this will be noted on the specific product page.

Do you offer Bulk pricing or Trade discounts?

Yes; we offer bulk pricing discounts on many of our products; these are shown on the product pages. We also offer larger Bulk Purchase discounts and Trade Discount pricing – please call or email for further information.

I require packaging very quickly; how can I find out your delivery timescale?

All of our unprinted, (Plain) products are available directly from our Warehouses. If you order your items and pay for them before 4pm they would be delivered next working day if that option is selected at the checkout. If you want Fast Track printed packaging: Please call or email us for information and advice.

If I order today when will I receive my goods?

Our standard shipping method is same day dispatch if you place your order before 4 pm Monday-Friday and choose Next Day Delivery at the Checkout. Saturday deliveries are available at a higher cost; please call or email for further information. Our courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. If you select Royal Mail Delivery at the Checkout Deliveries take 2-3 days for delivery and again will require a signature or other proof of delivery. If you wish to receive tracking details please select our Next Working day option and add your mobile number to your address details. *All delivery times quoted are estimates only. How can I get notification of when the product I require, is back in stock?

If one of our products is out of stock, please add your email address to be notified when we are back in stock. If you require stock on a regular basis and require help with your stock forecasting and storage please call or email us.

We accept payment from the following credit/debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and charge cards & PayPal. Please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly. We also accept payment by Bank Transfer. Please note that you will need to notify us of payment by BACS at your earliest convenience but before 3.30 pm if you require your goods to be shipped for Next Day Delivery. Delivery & Returns

Can I get my packaging delivered Next Working Day?

We offer Next Working Day delivery on most Plain Products, please place your order before 4.30 pm. If you are paying by BACS (direct bank payment to our account) and require next working day delivery, you will need to pay by 3 pm and inform us of your payment details by calling or emailing us. If your payment is received into our Business Account by 3 pm, we will ship your products for Next Working Day Delivery.

How do I return unwanted items from my order?

Yes, you can return plain packaging items if they are not required. These items will need to be returned within 14 days, providing they are in their original packaging and condition. We will give you a full refund, excluding any delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights for damaged goods where we will replace the items or issue a full refund including delivery. Refunds will only be given once the returned items are received and inspected. Any goods returned that cannot be sold again as “brand new” will not be credited. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.

How do I order a sample of printed packaging?

Can I obtain custom bags and boxes if I can't find the size I require?

We can send out samples of our printing methods free of charge; please call or email for Printed Packaging Samples. If you requirre a Printed Stock Product Sample with your artwork printed on it; please see more information in our Help Centre here: https://www.aplpackaging.co.uk/help/printed-samples/ or alternatively call or email for further information.

When can I expect my printed order to arrive?

Printed orders are usually produced within 7-10 working days but this does vary depending upon the products. The Print delivery time will be noted on the Product Page.
