FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINT

Once approved your design is made into flexible photo polymer plates - these are used to transfer printing ink from an anilox roller - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anilox - to a second roller which then prints the design onto the chosen media - in this case the paper used to make the twisted handle or tape handle paper bags. The printed rolls are then moved to a different machine to be cut to size and have the handles fitted - similar to this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0v06qv1qDY - on completion the bags are boxed and palletised ready for shipment. The ideal quantity for machine made paper bags of this type is from 1,000 bags upwards with the option of UK or European production and the bags can usually be printed in up to 6 or 8 colours  

FULL COLOUR DIGITAL PRINT

Our final option is digital print - for this process we can print multicolour designs on as little as 50 bags - this works on both white and kraft brown bags - depending on the colourways. The design is transferred to a printer which uses coloured toner - and printed onto A4 sheets which can be cut to size for smaller images.
