About our printed die cut handle bags

Printed white die cut handle paper bags – 24 cm wide – made from 100% recyclable and bio-degradable paper with a ribbed finish. The bags have a paper re-inforcer glued to the inside of the handle for strength.

We recommend a darker colour ink on these bags, this will help ensure your print stands proud! The maximum print area is 12cm x 22cm.

What is the process used?

Professionally printed via our ShortRun service, this is a flexographic service which requires us to manufacture printing plates of your artwork. We charge this on your first order as the ‘One off set-up’ fee. We keep these plates safe for all of your future orders, therefore you will not be charged for these plates again.

How do I order?

You can upload your artwork after adding the product to cart, or send it to us at [email protected] at a later date.

If you are colour matching, size or quality checking we encourage you to order a sample.

We charge a nominal fee to include delivery by Royal Mail.  We will refund your samples when you order from us - please advise at the time of your order.

Print information & artwork

Artwork

Please upload your artwork using our file upload tool on the cart page, once you've added your product to the cart.  You can also email your artwork to us along with your order number; please email [email protected] once you've placed your order. For best results, send it over as one of the following files:

  • 300dpi JPG / JPEG
  • PNG
  • PDF
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Please be aware that by default we will position your artwork in the middle of the printable area. If you have any requirements, please fill in the requirements field when uploading your artwork. Once we've got everything we need, we'll quickly get back to you with proof.  Please note in busy business periods this may take up to 2 working days.

One off set up charge

The one off set up charge, or 'origination', covers the cost of the printing block for foil printed boxes or the cost of proof, production of film and the printing screen for silk screen printing (for paper laminate bags, jute, and cotton) or flexographic plates (for kraft paper twist or tape handle bags, or polythene bags). The charge is always shown on the price grid of this page, or on your cart.

There is no set up charge for repeat orders.
