Guarantee & Returns

APL aim to deliver perfect packaging and perfect print every single time. We do accept returns as below. In addition, and as far as we know, never required, you have up to £1,000 protection, free, from Google because APL Packaging have passed Google's Certified Shops test of consistent good performance.

Plain Order Returns


If you do not want your plain order or you are unhappy with it, please return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. So long as the products are in a re-sellable condition we will happily arrange a refund without question.

If when you receive your goods you want to exchange them, we will charge for the collection of the original products, the despatch of the new order and any difference of cost.

Print Order Returns


Overprinted goods cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an agreed printing fault outside the tolerance allowed for overprinted products. Should a printing error occur, APL’s liability will be limited to the replacement of the goods.

We will not be held responsible for a design error in a proof that has been approved by the buyer. Please note that APL is a short run supplier of overprinted bags, so we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
