Description

About our printed gift boxes

Rigid gift boxes – 165 x 116 x 50 mm – silkscreen printed with your logo available in a range of sizes: A4, A5, A6, or square, all produced on site in Worthing.

Need tissue paper to wrap your goods – try our tissue paper great quality and acid free.

What colour can I have printed?

Each design is carefully printed onto the box lid in a single or two colours. Choose from 19 standard colours or if there’s a colour you can’t find please get in touch.

If you are looking for a multi-colour print look at our digitally printed boxes.

Product details

Our gift boxes are non laminated, manufactured from 900gsm card and wrapped in 157gsm smooth paper, they offer outstanding quality to ensure your printed boxes are used multiple times!

Environment

Our boxes are produced using greyboard which is made from a mix of recycled and waste paper and is 100% Recyclable.

The outer wrap paper is recyclable and where possible the paper is sourced from FSC certified suppliers.

Artwork

Please upload your artwork using our file upload tool on the cart page, once you've added your product to the cart.  You can also email your artwork to us along with your order number; please email [email protected] once you've placed your order. For best results, send it over as one of the following files:

  • 300dpi JPG / JPEG
  • PNG
  • PDF
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Please be aware that by default we will position your artwork in the middle of the printable area. If you have any requirements, please fill in the requirements field when uploading your artwork. Once we've got everything we need, we'll quickly get back to you with proof.  Please note in busy business periods this may take up to 2 working days.

One off set up charge

The one off set up charge, or 'origination', covers the cost of the printing block for foil printed boxes or the cost of proof, production of film and the printing screen for silk screen printing (for paper laminate bags, jute, and cotton) or flexographic plates (for kraft paper twist or tape handle bags, or polythene bags). The charge is always shown on the price grid of this page, or on your cart.

There is no set up charge for repeat orders.
