Quality postal packaging on a budget friendly scale. These lightweight flatpack mailing boxes measure 23 x 16 x 2cm. They are made from 380GSM ‘E Flute brown card’.

It has never been more important than now, to both sell online and to find eco-friendly packaging for your online orders. These boxes are environmentally friendly, they are 100% recyclable and compostable after use. We know you don’t want to add to your business costs, so we’ve selected this range as a basic outer box to keep your costs down.

We stock a range of postal and dispatch packaging, our lightweight flatpack postal boxes are available in three sizes:

23 x 16 x 2cm 

28 x 20 x 2cm 

32.5 x 23 x 2cm

What’s the size of an average UK letterbox?

254mm x 38mm or 10 x 1.5 inches (variations may apply). 

What’s the size of a Royal Mail red postbox?

The maximum parcel size  is 44cm x 35cm x 16cm  (royalmail.com June 2022).

How are these boxes delivered?

All orders are sent the next working day* and are delivered flat packed.

They are really easy to store and can be assembled when needed.

What quality are they?

They are made from an E flute card. They are a ‘basic’ and affordable option as outer packaging. They are not deemed protective packaging. If you need a box for a fragile item please see our full range of dispatch packaging here. You may also wish to use shredded paper to help pack your boxes too. 

Each box has two tabs, these slot in the pre-cut placers to secure the box. Add a length of tape for added security. 

Can I print my design/ logo onto them?

We do not currently print on these boxes, take a look at these instead.
