Lightweight flatpack mailing boxes measuring 28 x 20 x 2cm offer an affordable way to send items via the post. We can deliver these the very next working day* in bulk or smaller quantities (multiples of 12). They are made from 380GSM ‘E Flute brown card’.

They are a ‘basic’ and affordable option; an excellent dispatch solution for low cost (non-fragile) products.  For fragile items these boxes are best used as an inner box, with the correct padding such as shredded paper. A stronger outer carton should be used as the final packaging.

If you’re looking for an environmentally friendly way to dispatch your products then these are a great fit. Our lightweight mailing boxes are 100% recyclable and degradable.
