How are my bags printed?
They are printed here in the UK for quality and speed of delivery!
Our carrier bags are professionally printed using a flexographic printer. We print your design in a single colour onto the front or back of the bag, we will email you with details of the specific print areas to make sure your design looks perfect.
Black carrier bags can be printed in either silver or gold, this gives a really sophisticated look!
What is flexographic printing?
Our plastic bags are printed flexographically. Flexographic printing uses polymer printing plates attached to a rotating steel cylinder which transfer ink from a roller known as an “anilox” to the plastic film to produce the design. This film is then cut and sealed on a different machine to make the bags. The maximum print area is 35cm x 25cm.
Quality
Our printed black plastic bags are 90 micron at the handle and 45 micron in the body, this means that they are strong and can be used many times ensuring you receive maximum brand exposure.
