Quality
Our premium quality printed carrier bags are known as ‘varigauge’ this means that the handle is 90 micron and the body is 45 micron: this thicker plastic around the handle makes them very strong and withstand multiple uses.
As well as being really strong, our navy blue carriers have a nice punched out handle and heat sealed sides.
What’s more all of our navy blue printed plastic bags are 100% degradable and are made and printed in the UK!
How are my carrier bags printed?
All plastic bags are flexographically printed, we recommend that your logo is printed in either silver or gold to ensure it stands out on the navy blue background.
You can have your logo printed on one side or two!
What is ShortRun / Flexo printing?
Our plastic bags are printed flexographically. Flexographic printing uses polymer printing plates attached to a rotating steel cylinder which transfer ink from a roller known as an “anilox” to the plastic film to produce the design. This film is then cut and sealed on a different machine to make the bags. The maximum print area is 35cm x 25cm.

Email your artwork to [email protected] we will create you a proof, once you’ve said ok delivery is from 10 working days from approval, however, some bigger sizes may take a little longer.
