The set-up fee you’re seeing on your first order covers the cost of creating a printing plate ( stamp of your design).
This plate is used in the printing process to ensure that your boxes turn out exactly how you envision them.
The set-up fee is a one-time charge, unless you decide to make changes to your design in the future.
So, rest assured that after the initial order, you won’t have to worry about the set-up fee anymore.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable!
They are produced using greyboard, which is a special material made from a mix of recycled and waste paper.
You don’t need to worry about the foil either!
The transferred foil is so incredibly thin that it naturally dissipates during the re-pulping process.
This means it doesn’t impact the recycling chain.
So you can enjoy the elegance of custom boxes without worrying about any negative impact on recycling.
The outer wrap paper is recyclable and where possible the paper is sourced from FSC certified suppliers.
Sadly, our inserts aren’t recyclable at the moment.
But don’t worry, we’re constantly exploring more sustainable options and working towards finding the perfect solution.
We’re committed to making positive changes in the future! In the meantime, we have a great suggestion for you.
