About our printed flat pack boxes
Flat pack square boxes – 100 x 100 x 100 mm – printed in single colour hot foil, they are ideal for gifts such as skincare and cosmetics. Maximum print area of this box is 60mm x 60mm.
If you need to wrap your products try our white tissue paper.
Choose from a range of foil colours when you design your box – alternatively we can supply special foil colours at a cost £35.00 + vat – Get in touch for more information.
Available in a range of 5 sizes, they are made from high-quality 350gsm card with a smooth glossy finish on the outside.
If you need a help with what size to pick do please get in touch, however, we will always encourage you to order a sample.
How are they packaged?
Supplied flat packed for easy storage, these flat pack boxes are ideal for retailers with limited space.
How do I assemble the boxes when they arrive?
There are tabs which slot into place to make the base and a thumb hole in the front wall which makes opening and closing the boxes quick and easy, whilst ensuring they can be securely shut and remain rigid.
Can I get some advice on what my design should look like?
We are always happy to help with what will look great and can give suggestions on how to improve the design.
Do I have to pay the set-up fee again for a repeat order?
The set-up fee is charged on your first order only this is to cover the cost of your printing plate, you only need pay it again if you wish to update your design.

We charge a nominal fee which includes delivery by Royal Mail.
We will refund the cost of your sample when you order from us.
