Square candle boxes (internal measurements 85 x 85 x 95mm) are ideal for church and glass jar candles,
plus other gifts such as wax melts or oil burners. They are ideal for promotional events.
We offer them in three colours; black, white and natural brown.
The maximum print area for this box is 73mm x 73mm.

Hot Foil Printing – Looks AMAZING!

If you are looking for a way to beautify your packaging hot foil printing is for you.
We have a range of standard foil colours  to choose from or we can ‘blind’ print your boxes,
this leaves a de-bossed finish without the foil. We have access to an extensive library of foil colours,
if our standard list does not meet your brief then please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

We personally hand print your gift boxes in-house, this is done with the utmost care and attention.
Our team of Printers skilfully hand print your image onto the chosen area of the box.
Once printed we carefully pack your order and send it via our trusted courier.

The Set-up Fee:
This one off fee covers the cost of creating a special printing plate, it’s like a stamp of your design.
This is super important to make sure your boxes turn out just the way you imagine them!
But here’s the good news: this fee is a one-time charge!
Unless you decide to make changes to your design down the road, you won’t have to pay it again

Printing details

• The printable area of this box is 73mm x 73mm (giving a 6mm margin around the edge)
• We supply a visual proof of approval service (before printing begins).
• We never go to print until you have signed to say that you are happy with the proof.
• For best results we ask for a clear image/text/logo to work from.
• Your logo/text is then printed onto the lid of the box in a single colour.
• Delivery as standard is from 7 working days (from proof of approval)

Environmentally friendly products and printing

Boxes
Greyboard made from a mix of recycled and waste paper and is 100% recyclable.
The outer wrap paper is recyclable and where possible the paper is sourced from FSC certified suppliers.

Foil – eco and vegan friendly
Foil printing is a totally dry, solvent free process.
The foil stamped boxes can be recycled after use: the foil dissipates within the re-pulping process.

Independent studies were conducted to determine the biodegradability
and the recyclability of foil stamped paper. The results showed foil has no
visible effects in slowing down the rate of biodegradation of the paper & board.
Foil also does not affect the repulpability of the paper substrate.
A study carried out by FSEA/PIRA has found that the foil, like ink, can be successfully
removed by the flotation de-inking process with no particles remaining once the paper was re-pulped.

What should I buy to dress my gift boxes?

To really tie your branding into your packaging try adding some tissue paper inside the gift boxes,
choose your brand colour to reflect your business or why not personalise it with your logo?
For texture add shredded paper.
You can select a reel of ribbon too, we have a variety of colours to choose from.
