Your magnetic boxes will be skillfully hand printed in-house using our hot foil machine.
Your logo/text is printed onto the lid.
We print in a single colour, for best results we print clear text or images – for a crisp image.
Maximum print area is 130mm x 80mm.

For a contemporary look you can have an de-bossed finish without foil (blind print).

The set-up fee covers the cost of creating a printing plate (stamp of your design).
We charge a set-up fee on the first order is because we need to create this stamp specifically for you.
The set-up fee is a one-time charge, unless you decide to make changes to your design in the future.
The boxes are manufactured from 900gsm card and 120gsm paper.
We buy direct from the manufacturer for complete control over consistency of supply, quality and price.
We also quality check the stock when it arrives at our UK Warehouse in Worthing.
Our magnetic boxes are made by an FSC manufacturer. You can read full details about FSC here.
FSC certification means that you can trust the paper used in creating this product is from sound resources.
This is an independent globally recognised certification.
When manufacturing these boxes our supplier uses 100% compressed paper scraps to create the base greyboard.
The glue used to put the boxes together is made from naturally occurring substances.
The box itself can be reused multiple times, it has a long life due to its strength.
After its final use the structure itself can be recycled (please remove the magnets and ribbon, for reuse elsewhere).
Foil and recycling – because the boxes are repulpable, when a printed box is repulped the foil dissipates within
the re-pulping process (because the foil is so thin). Here’s a little more information for you:

After placing your order, please email your artwork to [email protected] stating your order number; with any instructions of design. For best results, send it over as one of the following files:
Please be aware that by default we will position your artwork in the middle of the printable area. If you have any requirements, please email details over with your artwork. Once we've got everything we need, we'll quickly get back to you with proof. Please note in busy business periods this may take up to 2 working days.
The one off set up charge, or 'origination', covers the cost of the printing block for foil printed boxes or the cost of proof, production of film and the printing screen for silk screen printing (for paper laminate bags, jute, and cotton) or flexographic plates (for kraft paper twist or tape handle bags, or polythene bags). The charge is always shown on the price grid of this page, or on your cart.
There is no set up charge for repeat orders, unless you decide to update your design.
