Quality

Our bright green carrier bags have neat punched out handles, they are premium quality varigauge bags: 45 microns in the body and are 90 microns near the handles, they have heat sealed sides making them really strong!

They can be used many times and will still look as good as new. After use, they are 100% degradable!

What colour ink can I print onto bright green?

Your logo can be flexographically printed onto the front and back of the bag in a single colour (gold, silver, black and blue work best on this colour polythene). The maximum print area is 35cm x 25cm.

How are they printed?

Your gorgeous green carriers are customised using a flexo print method.

Flexographic printing uses polymer printing plates attached to a rotating steel cylinder which transfer ink from a roller known as an “anilox” to the plastic film to produce the design.

This film is then cut and sealed on a different machine to make the bags!

Email your artwork to [email protected] we will create you a proof, once you’ve said ok delivery is from 10 working days from approval, however, some bigger sizes may take a little longer.

Artwork

After placing your order, please email your artwork to [email protected] stating your order number; with any instructions of design. For best results, send it over as one of the following files:

  • 300dpi JPG / JPEG
  • PNG
  • PDF
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Please be aware that by default we will position your artwork in the middle of the printable area. If you have any requirements, please email details over with your artwork. Once we've got everything we need, we'll quickly get back to you with proof.  Please note in busy business periods this may take up to 2 working days.

One off set up charge

The one off set up charge, or 'origination', covers the cost of the printing block for foil printed boxes or the cost of proof, production of film and the printing screen for silk screen printing (for paper laminate bags, jute, and cotton) or flexographic plates (for kraft paper twist or tape handle bags, or polythene bags). The charge is always shown on the price grid of this page, or on your cart.

There is no set up charge for repeat orders, unless you decide to update your design.
