About our printed plastic bags
Printed frosted bags – 30 cm wide – are partly see-through, so they’re perfect for showing off your products and promotional material!
Quality
Made from a mix of high and low density polythene, this unique blend gives the bags a smooth feel and distinctive crackle! They have neat punched out handles and come with secure heat sealed edges and a base gusset.
All frosted bags are manufactured from 45-90 micron polythene film. The body of the bag is 45 micron and the handles are twice as thick at 90 micron, this makes our frosted bags extremely strong. What’s more these are 100% degradable plastic.
How are they printed?
Manufactured and printed in Great Britain!
Print up to two colour designs using our flexographic printer, we can print on one side or two.
Flexographic printing uses polymer printing plates attached to a rotating steel cylinder which transfer ink from a roller known as an “anilox” to the plastic film to produce the design.
This film is then cut and sealed on a different machine to make your personalised frosted bags.
What can I print?
We can print on both sides of our frosted bags, but do remember due to the frosted finish being slightly transparent anything you print will be seen through to the other side, and two-sided designs will appear on top of one another when these bags are emptied and laid flat.
You can print any of the 18 ink colours we offer, making these the perfect choice for matching with your corporate identity!

Email your artwork to [email protected] we will create you a proof, once you’ve said ok delivery is from 10 working days from approval, however, some bigger sizes may take a little longer.
Sample order
If you are colour/size matching or quality checking we encourage you to order a sample.

We charge a nominal fee which includes delivery by Royal Mail.
We will refund the cost of your sample when you order from us.
