We offer you the ability to order a sample of a product via our website.

This allows you to assess our products: colour, quality and size, before placing your full order.
You can try out the product you are intending to use and exactly measure against your requirements.
You can see how the colour will works with your brand, an extra little peace of mind.

From time to time our products colours and sizes can slightly change;
if an exact match to previous purchases is essential a sample for your peace of mind.

• Sample items are delivered within 2-3 working days
• The cost of Samples covers shipping costs for Mainland UK only
• If you require samples to be shipped outside of Mainland UK, please call or email us
• The cost of your sample may be refunded (see our full details below)

How to order a sample product

The process of ordering your sample is so easy!
Tell us which item you require using the above form (product title, size and SKU*).
Then checkout.

The price of your sample covers the shipping cost to mainland UK only. 

What’s more, the cost of your sample may be refunded on subsequent orders over £50.00
(voucher will be sent separately via email, please get in touch if you do not receive your code).

• Sample orders are subject to product availability. 
• Samples cannot be refunded and this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note we cannot offer samples of our:

• Magnetic boxes
• Full reels of ribbon
• Counter bags
• Takeaway/food packaging or sundries such as tape or wrap.

Tissue paper and ribbon samples will be sent as a small sample of our complete products.
